Since launching in 2015, Fonterra Farm Source‚Äôs successful loyalty programme was well received, however there was still opportunity to increase engagement and really connect with farmers. So we flipped the script on traditional loyalty programmes, by letting farmers turn their rewards points balance into practically anything they could dream of.
