Hamilton Libraries
Hamilton Libraries has always been one of our favourite clients. They first asked us to design a new library card about 2 months after Bettle Advertising first opened its doors in 2002.
Out of that initial meeting came the hugely successful “send your mind somewhere” campaign that has played a key role in Hamilton’s relationship with its libraries. A relationship that now sees the library consistently given the highest rating of all Council-owned facilities.
The initial campaign provided a strategic framework for everything from what the libraries looked like inside and outside, how they were to behave, internal wayfinding, how they communicated with their members and the ratepayers of Hamilton. The latest work continues that relationship with these pieces of work – if you think they look good on here – you should see them 8 feet high in the Central Library – actually you should – go to the library.
